Area Sales Manager

  Looking for Area Sales Manager in Multi-Locations (Pan India) for a full-time position in Ideal India Group.
 

  • Knowledge of banking product like payment solution, Finance, Loans, Zero Account, Mutual funds and Trading ability to identify the customer needs and sell the right solution. 

  • Ensure implementation on these solutions.

  • Ensure branch sales team takes ownership of the relationship and increase the wallet share of the customer portfolio and cross sell technology solutions and other bank products.

  • Ensure that branch staff does takes ownership of client servicing and fulfilling clients requirement.

  • Participate in start-up events & conference and network with the founders and business owners.

  • Drive branches to achieve business targets allocated to the city.

  • Identify new start up market. Developing strategies & sales programs to increase customer interaction experience and client engagement

  • Local level client engagement programs and seminars with the help of product and marketing teams to scale up business in Startup Segment.

  • Understanding of the start-up ecosystem

  • Ability to identify opportunity in the market

  • Should be aware and well informed on the activities around start-ups.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Jr. Area Sales Manager

Looking for Jr. Area Sales Manager in Multi-Locations (Pan India) for a full-time position in Ideal India Group
 

  • Managing and leading a team of analysts.

  • Contributing to the development of a high performing organization.

  • Driving the team to completion of high-quality deliverables within the committed time-frame.

  • Collaborate with onshore counterparts working beyond geographical barriers

  • Month/quarter/year-end closing and forecast

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated individual ready to work in challenging environment

  • Expense reviews and Expense Walks and variance explanations

  • Headcount reporting and analysis: And commentaries on headcount movement pertaining to New Business, Hires, and Transfers & Exits etc.

  • Variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights

  • Self-review of reporting & analytics deliverables for first pass accuracy and presenting analytical results, findings as needed

  • May be required to participate in or conduct a wide range of accounting and financial analyses on critical and complex issues which may include variance analysis, forecasts, budgeting, expense drivers and accounting transactions.

Relationship Officer

Looking for Relationship Officer in Multi-Locations (Pan India) for a full-time position in Ideal India Group
 

  • Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire.

  • Should be able to communicate in local language

  • Identify and conduct surveys of new working areas for group formation.

  • Daily generate new leads

  • Fill relevant profile forms with 100% accuracy and collect supporting documents.

  • Make Customer House visits and cross verify the household assets details furnished by the customer.

  • Conduct Center meeting as per scheduled time and day without fail and maintain above 95% customer attendance.

  • Manage the total loans given out to customer.

  • Fill loan application form necessary documents for loan disbursement.

  • Conduct 100% loan utilization check within 7 days from the day of disbursement.

  • Motivate the customer for on time loan repayment.

  • Monitor the customer for better control over the program.

  • Retain customers & minimize dropouts.

  • Promptly resolve all enquiries & complain of Customer.

  • Maintain good relationship with customers and local people to improve the program
